This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. We’re the data controller for this information.
What we collect
- Enquiries: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional) and your message.
- Bookings: if you book a call, we collect your name, email, company (optional) and message, and create a calendar invitation in our Zoho Calendar.
- Website usage: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold a conversation you’ve asked for, and follow up about the work you’ve asked us about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We never sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website:
- Vercel: website hosting and anonymous analytics
- Resend: delivering enquiry form messages to our inbox
- Zoho Calendar: call bookings and invitations
- Zoom: the video call for each booking
- Zoho Mail: our email inbox
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legally recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

This website doesn’t set any cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for a copy of it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
